Public planning tools
Search, service filters, destination choices, checklists and the budget worksheet use temporary page state. They do not send your entries to a patient database. Do not enter personal medical information into public fields.
The consultation planner keeps your selections on the current page only. The patient, admin and hospital walkthrough uses fictional cases. Its sample actions are saved in this browser tab’s session storage so you can explore the handovers between pages. Reset the walkthrough to clear those sample steps. No referral is sent, no booking is made and no medical information should be entered. Login and live services will be connected in a later phase.
Private accounts and test cases
The account preview stores the test name and email you enter, a password hash, sign-in sessions and selected test-case details. Two-factor secrets and recovery codes are protected by the authentication service. Use fictional information only. Do not enter medical records, symptoms, identity documents or payment details.
Patients can access their own cases. Invited doctors can access assigned cases after two-factor authentication. The clinical owner can oversee accounts and cases. Case changes and access are recorded for review.
Provider information
No actual provider catalogue, hospital identities or direct provider contact details are published. The walkthrough uses fictional sample hospital labels. The planned assessment workflow will release individual recommendations only to the authorised patient and care team. It is not enabled in this preview.
Hosting and access
Vercel provides hosting and access protection. Neon hosts the current test-account database. Essential authentication cookies keep signed-in sessions working. Technical access logs may be processed by the hosting service. Illustrative care media are hosted with this site. Web fonts load from an external font service, which receives ordinary browser requests. A final client-specific privacy notice and retention policy are required before live patient services open.
Service boundaries
CareTrip Connect is the working brand for a proposed care-coordination service. No hospital partnerships, clinical outcomes, treatment prices or emergency response capability are represented by this preview. No payments, medical uploads or real consultations are available.
Preview account support
Email verification, password recovery and a patient support contact are not connected yet. This is a testing environment, not a place to keep important information. Ask the project administrator about test-account access or removal.
Before live patient services open
The client must approve its legal identity, contact details, clinical scope, fees, provider verification and data-processing arrangements before real patient intake opens.
